If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but still don’t feel right, Revitalign Wellness offers a different path.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Many of our patients come to us after months — sometimes years — of not feeling right, even though test results said everything was “normal.”
We understand how frustrating it is to be in pain, exhausted, or stuck with symptoms that don’t go away. You’re not making it up, and you don’t have to keep guessing.
We often help people struggling with:
- Constant fatigue or brain fog
- Hormonal changes like thyroid issues, hot flashes, or irregular cycles
- Digestive problems such as bloating, reflux, or food sensitivities
- Back, neck, or joint pain that limits daily life
- Headaches or migraines that keep coming back
- Stress, anxiety, or poor sleep that affects everything else
- Pregnancy-related discomfort (Dr. Julie is Webster certified)
If this sounds familiar, know that you’re not alone — and there are answers.

Free 15-Minute Consultation
Share what you’ve been going through and ask questions. This is your chance to see if we’re a good fit — no pressure, no sales pitch. (Free consult is optional)
Comprehensive First Visit
Your first appointment lasts a full hour. We review your health story, do a thorough exam, and often begin care right away. If lab testing makes sense, we’ll build a targeted plan.
Personalized Care Plan
Based on your needs, we design a treatment plan using chiropractic care, functional medicine, acupuncture — or a mix if that’s what works best. The goal: real answers, lasting results.
Why work with us?
Appointments that go deep.
Your first visit is 60 minutes—not 6.

“You are unique, and your healthcare should be too. That’s why we design personalized plans using chiropractic, functional medicine, and acupuncture—individually or together, depending on what’s best for you.”

Holistic Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic care isn’t just about back pain. We use both manual and instrument-assisted adjustments to restore mobility, improve nervous system function, and support whole-body health.
How our chiropractic approach is different.
- Full evaluation first: Your first visit begins with a thorough chiropractic exam, not just a quick “pop and crack.”
- Muscle work included: Every adjustment combines muscle therapies to help your body relax and hold your adjustment longer.
- Advanced techniques: Flexion-distraction, cold laser, and shockwave therapy are available when needed.
- Whole-body impact: Beyond pain relief, chiropractic adjustments can improve sleep, digestion, hormone balance, and even mood by improving nervous system function.
- Re-exams as needed: Care is tracked and adapted—no cookie-cutter plans, no endless adjustments without progress.
- Thorough follow-ups: Follow-up visits last 15-30 minutes, not the typical 3-5 minutes found in many chiropractic offices.
Chiropractic care can help with:
- Back pain (lower, mid, upper)
- Neck pain
- Headaches and migraines
- TMJ and jaw pain
- Whiplash and auto injuries
- Pregnancy-related back
and pelvic discomfort
- Disc bulges and slipped discs
- Numbness, tingling, or neuropathy
- Joint pain and arthritis
- Sports injuries and athletic recovery
- Poor posture
“I have been fortunate to work with Dr. Julie Gurbacki for a few years now! She has helped align me, clear up allergies, and help heal me from the inside out! I highly recommend her to friends and family often!”

Functional Medicine
When standard labs say “everything looks normal” but you still feel off, functional medicine goes deeper. We run targeted testing and spend the time to explain results in plain language.
How Our Approach is Different
- Comprehensive lab testing: We start with standard lab panels, plus full thyroid, Vitamin D levels, inflammation and autoimmune markers, and food sensitivities. If warranted, we may also add hormones, neurotransmitters and/or stool testing. Testing is targeted, so it’s efficient and helps guide your care.
- Personalized protocols: No pre-written plans. We review all data and design a treatment plan that’s custom to you.
- Integration with chiropractic: Functional medicine and chiropractic care are often combined, addressing internal systems with your nervous system.
- Communication matters: Patients have access between visits to share updates, questions, or new lab results—something rare in conventional care.
- Focus on sustainable change: Lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, and stress management are built into the plan so results last.
Functional Medicine can help with:
- Chronic fatigue and low energy
- Hormonal imbalances (ex. thyroid, menstrual cycle irregularities, menopause, men’s hormones, low testosterone)
- Sleep problems and insomnia
- Digestive issues (bloating,
constipation, diarrhea, reflux)
- Brain fog and
memory problems
- Anxiety, depression, and mood swings
- Food sensitivities and
nutrient deficiencies
- Autoimmune conditions
- Chronic inflammation
- Weight gain and difficulty losing weight
- Skin issues (eczema, acne, rashes)
- Irregular or painful cycles, hot flashes,
and other women’s health concerns
“I highly recommend Dr. Julie! I researched practitioners for months before I decided to go with her. She is very thorough in learning about all your symptoms to find the root cause. She is caring and easy to talk to. I started to see progress after just two weeks of starting the supplements she suggested. I drive over an hour to see Dr. Julie and it has been well worth it!”

Meet Dr. Julie Gurbacki, DC

What you can expect: A full hour for your first appointment. Someone who actually listens. And a plan that meets you where you’re at right now.

Common Questions
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a full hour—not the rushed 5-minute appointments you’re used to. We sit down and talk through your health history, what’s been going on, and what you’ve already tried. Then we figure out what tests or treatments make sense for where you’re at right now.
For functional medicine patients, we’ll order comprehensive lab work. For chiropractic patients, we’ll do an exam and usually adjust you that same day if everything looks good.
What about follow-up exams?
Chiropractic follow-up visits are 15-30 minutes, not the 3-5 minute rushed visits often found elsewhere.
For functional medicine patients, follow-up visit length and frequency depends on your specific protocol and needs. Sometimes, we need to take the time to dig into lab results. Other times, a quick check-in may be all that’s needed.
Do I need to utilize chiropractic, functional medicine, and acupuncture at the same time?
Absolutely not. Some patients focus on one modality and never have need of the others.
Other patients benefit from a combination of modalities. We’ll discuss all your options in detail.
How do I know which service I need?
Many people aren’t sure when they first reach out—that’s completely normal. Often what brings you in (like back pain) connects to other things going on in your body (like hormones or digestion).
We’ll talk through everything at your first appointment and figure out the best starting point together. Many patients end up using a combination of chiropractic care, functional medicine, and acupuncture.
Do you take insurance?
We’re an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, upon request, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Here’s why this actually works in your favor: We can run the tests you need and recommend the treatment that’s best for you—not what an insurance company decides to cover. No pre-authorizations, no coverage denials, no limits on which labs we can order.
Many patients find they save money compared to conventional care once they factor in co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs for tests insurance won’t cover.
When will I start seeing results?
It depends on what we’re treating and how long you’ve been dealing with it. Some patients notice changes after their first adjustment or acupuncture session. For functional medicine, most people see improvements within 4-6 weeks when they follow the protocol consistently.
We’ll be honest with you about realistic timelines once we understand what’s going on.
Do I have to book the free consultation first?
No, you can book directly for a first appointment if you’re ready. The free 15-minute consultation is just for people who want to ask questions about pricing, services, or whether this approach is right for them before committing to a full appointment.
